Delivery
We understand that each recipient and customer has their own circumstances, schedule, and preferences. Therefore, we offer several delivery formats - from standard to night-time, precise by time, or with delicate accompaniment.
Delivery within a selected interval: 8:00–12:00, 12:00–16:00, or 16:00–20:00
Delivery on the same day for orders placed before 12:00
We contact the recipient and deliver at a convenient time for them
Delivery at a strictly specified time (for example, at 14:25)
Delivery to suburbs and remote areas
Delivery at night or early morning
If the recipient is unreachable or doesn't want to provide an address - we tactfully and carefully coordinate a convenient delivery method
