How long does delivery take?
In most cases, we deliver on the same day or within a few hours. In some locations, delivery may happen the next day depending on the country and the time your order was placed. The earlier you order — the more flexible we can be with timing and bouquet options.
Can I choose the exact delivery time?
Yes, in most countries and cities it’s possible. However, we strongly recommend placing your order a few days in advance to increase the chance of delivering at your exact requested time or a preferred time frame (morning / day / evening).
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on the recipient’s country and city. In some cases, it’s already included in the bouquet price, while in others it’s calculated separately. Just ask our manager when placing your order — we’ll give you clear pricing with no hidden fees.
Can I see a photo of the bouquet before delivery?
Yes, we always try to send you a photo of the completed bouquet before delivery, if possible from the florist. In urgent cases, the photo may be sent after delivery — or might not be available. Please check with your manager in advance.
Do you provide a photo report upon delivery?
Only when technically and ethically possible, and with the recipient’s consent. We respect privacy, so we provide photos when appropriate and allowed.
Can I add a note, card, or gift?
Absolutely! We can include your message, and add a chocolate box, soft toy, or greeting card — just let us know during checkout.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Our courier will always contact the recipient before delivery to confirm the time and address. If the delivery can’t be completed, we’ll make a second attempt or contact you to find the best solution.
How do you keep the delivery a surprise if you call the recipient?
To keep the surprise, the courier won’t mention what the delivery is or who it’s from — they’ll simply confirm time and address. If you’d like the recipient to know who sent it, we can include your name in the note or inform them directly, as you prefer.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Just tell us you’d like to remain anonymous — we won’t reveal the sender’s identity to the recipient.
I don’t have the recipient’s phone or address — just their Instagram profile. Can you deliver?
Yes, we’re experienced in handling creative situations. Send us a link to the recipient’s Instagram (or other social media), and we’ll gently reach out to arrange delivery. You can keep it anonymous or let them know who it’s from — your choice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. You’ll find all options in the “Payment” section of the site.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Yes. We use secure SSL encryption, and all payments are processed via certified gateways — your data is safe with us.
Can I place an order via WhatsApp or Telegram?
Of course. You can place your order directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. We’ll guide you through it and suggest bouquet ideas as well.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if delivery cannot be completed due to our fault — we will issue a full refund. If the order is canceled at the last minute or cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s issue, a partial refund may be offered. Full details are available in our Public Offer Agreement.
How will I know the order has been delivered?
You’ll receive a confirmation message via your preferred messenger.
Can I choose specific flowers or colors for the bouquet?
Absolutely! The examples on our website and social media are just inspiration. You can create your own vision, send us a photo reference, or describe your wishes to our manager.
